poor food quality,15-20min queue for fried eggs every morning was annoying, bar boring and not all drinks were inclusive, "club"boring either. pool's water was too cold either......

everything was nice, affable staff, stunning location short walk to the main outside theater, the old town in nessebar, which is a lovely place, and a must to visit, and italian, japanese, german and spanish restaurants.

The kids thrived in the lively aqua park, while evening shows featured engaging performances that brightened our nights. It was good to see them actively engaged in daily activities led by the enthusiastic animation team.

The way the hotel looks

Well, I've been at this hotel the year it was opened an let me tell you I was thrilled. But now everything is so laim and different. If you go there for the food better don't go!!!....all crap, in fact I think that only a hpmeless would appreciate the food they serve there. They didn't change the towels each day. The water inthe pools is freezing, and I'm also talking about small pools for children. They don't have seats on the beach although is close to them. We wanted to leave earlier than we reserved because the baby got a cold and they charged us extra for the days we didn't stay: 20% per day from the price of the room. Not satisfied at all.

Excellant hotel with everything fairly clean throughout and a great location down on the beach.

Should you go for it? My answer

A good stay with kids enjoying the fun-filled aqua park and well-maintained pools. Numerous activities kept our family entertained, from thrilling water slides to captivating evening shows. The cleanliness of the resort and friendly staff enhanced our experience. Just a short stroll to the beach made it even better!

Location: the hotel was right by Bulgaria, and the slides. The room was comfy, absolutely fantastic and complete with a nice balcony, park view and shampoo.

The amenities were awesome, especially the water park and three outdoor pools. There are plenty of activities from volleyball to tennis, so no one gets bored. The staff kept the atmosphere lively, especially the animation team. Plus, there's a gym and a few shops on-site for some extra fun.

One major downside was the struggle to find sunbeds. It was a race to grab them early in the morning. This could be frustrating, especially if you're hoping to relax by the pool.

The free ice cream was a hit, especially for the kids after a day by the beach. We loved the nearby sandy beach. The sea view from our room added a lovely touch to our overall experience.

While the food was good, I found the variety limited after just a few days.

With a sea view from our room, we loved watching the sunset while feeling the gentle breeze-it was like a little slice of paradise!

The food variety may disappoint after a few days, with many meals lacking sufficient variation. The hotel has a reputation for overcrowding during peak meal times. The single coffee machine in the main restaurant leads to long queues every morning. While there are activities for kids, the mini disco experience could use a bit of spice-it feels repetitive. The reception process felt disorganized, and many guests faced issues with transportation arrangements and unexpected charges for extra services.
